The scope of work consisted of comprehensive site development improvements including selective demolition, earthwork operations, stormwater infrastructure installation, and construction of all associated hardscape and site amenities. Demolition activities included the removal of existing site elements as required to facilitate new construction, performed in a controlled manner with proper disposal and site protection procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
Earthwork operations included excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, and compaction to establish proper design elevations and ensure stable support for subsequent improvements. All grading work was performed to achieve positive drainage and compliance with engineered site civil plans.
Storm drainage improvements included the installation of underground piping systems, structures, and appurtenances designed to manage site runoff efficiently and in accordance with local municipal and environmental requirements. Concrete curbs and sidewalks were constructed using reinforced concrete placed and finished to provide durable edge restraint, pedestrian access, and ADA-compliant pathways.
Asphalt paving operations included installation of base courses and surface courses over prepared subgrades, followed by compaction and finishing to achieve a smooth, durable vehicular driving surface. Pavement striping and markings were applied in accordance with traffic control plans and applicable standards to ensure proper site circulation and safety.
Additional scope included installation of signage, wheel stops, site furnishings, and safety railings. All components were furnished and installed to provide functionality, durability, and compliance with safety and accessibility requirements, resulting in a fully improved and operational site.
