Responsibilities included directing preconstruction services such as project planning, constructability reviews, scheduling coordination, budgeting, and comprehensive cost estimating to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

Managed project logistics planning and operational sequencing to support efficient workflow coordination, site access, material procurement, and subcontractor scheduling while maintaining adherence to project timelines and safety standards. Led client contract negotiations and facilitated communication between ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to establish clear project scopes, contractual obligations, and cost controls.

Oversaw subcontractor and vendor procurement processes, including bid solicitation, scope leveling, contract execution, and purchasing activities to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications. Maintained direct responsibility for budget management, cost tracking, and financial forecasting throughout all phases of construction operations. Implemented cost-control measures and value engineering initiatives to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards and project profitability.

Provided executive leadership and coordination for the operations team to ensure successful project execution, timely completion of milestones, and compliance with contractual requirements. Responsibilities also included oversight of project closeout procedures, final documentation, punch-list completion, and turnover coordination, resulting in a successful and professionally managed project completion.
